At Ultimutt Treats we want to ensure our customers pawsitively delighted with their treats! 

If you are or your pet are not in ruff with the treats you receive, please reach out to us via email, ultimutt.orders@gmail.com, with photos of the products a description of why you are not happy with your treats. We will be in contact within 1-2 business days to resolve the issue, depending on the issue we may offer a refund or replacement.
